Audrey's Nest services are not a substitute for medical care. Our services, including maternal wellness coaching, doula support, Reiki, and infant massage instruction, are complementary wellness services and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns
  • Our occupational therapy services are wellness-focused and do not replace medical OT prescribed by a physician
  • Doula services provide emotional and physical support but are not medical care
  • Reiki and energy healing are complementary practices and should not replace medical treatment

Services Description

Audrey's Nest provides maternal wellness services including but not limited to: postpartum doula support, maternal wellness occupational therapy, Reiki and energy healing, and infant massage instruction. Services are provided in the Los Angeles area and virtually where applicable.

Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly
  • A consultation may be required before booking certain services
  • Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or credit
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a charge for the full service amount
  • Packages: Package refunds are prorated based on services already rendered
  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen, especially with new babies. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
  • Pricing is subject to change; you will be notified of any changes before your appointment
  • All services are private pay; we do not accept insurance
